State-level Chhattisgarhiya Olympics 2022-23,Raipur’s Nabonita Baira gets opportunity to attend training at Bilaspur Academy…

Players from all over the state are showing their sporting talent in the state-level Chhattisgarhiya Olympic competitions which is being organised in the capital Raipur.

Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel’s intention to give opportunity to the players of every category to enhance their sporting talent and to move forward in their respective sports.

One such talent is being found in Nabonita Baira of Raipur district who secured first position in 100m race and long jump in the state-level Chhattisgarhiya Olympics today.

Considering her sports skills, Shweta Sinha Srivastava, Director of Sports and Youth Welfare Department, recommended Nabonita’s name to Bilaspur Academy for training.

Nabonita told that she had given trial for Bilaspur Academy earlier also, but could not get selected.

Chhattisgarhiya Olympics gave her an opportunity to show her talent, and now she will be able to go to Bilaspur Academy and bring laurels to the state.

She thanked Chief Minister Baghel for organizing Chhattisgarh Olympics as well as his coach Radhakrishnan Pillai. She also thanked her parents and urged to continue this event in the coming years also, so that the players of the state can grow.
