Union Health Ministry team tested the quality of services provided by the health center in November last year.
The Katghora Community Health Center in the Korba district has been awarded the National Quality Assurance Standard (NQAS) Certificate by the Union Ministry of Health for providing excellent healthcare and treatment to patients.
In November of last year, the Union Health Ministry team inspected the community health center and evaluated the quality of services available to patients, also gathered feedback from patients.
The evaluation awarded Katghora Community Health Center more than 93 per cent marks.
It is important to note that before receiving the National Quality Assurance Standard Certificate, hospitals are evaluated by experts on eight parameters related to service and patient satisfaction.
Only hospitals meeting these stringent standards receive quality certificates from the Union Health Ministry.
