“Study well, and become a successful person”: Chief Minister Sai encouraged the divyang student…

Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai attentively listened to the problems and demands of divyang people at the Jandarshan program organised on July 4. Demonstrating his sensitivity to their needs, Chief Minister Sai directed officials to provide them wheelchairs.

Keval Sahu, a divyang youth from Arang block in Raipur district, attended the Jandarshan program on July 4. Keval informed the Chief Minister that he was paralysed from the waist down and unable to move freely, which forced him to discontinue his studies.

His father, Krishna Sahu, works as a labourer, and it is very challenging for them to cover family expenses.

Chief Minister Sai directed the officials to provide a wheelchair for Keval.

The officials promptly provided one, bringing joy to both Keval and his father. The Chief Minister encouraged Keval to continue his education, saying, “Study well and become a successful person.” Krishna Sahu expressed his gratitude to the Chief Minister, stating that his sensitivity would be a milestone in improving his son’s future.

He added that with the wheelchair, Keval would face no difficulties in going to school and could continue his education uninterrupted.
