State’s 7442 self-help groups will get a bonus of Rs 17 crore

Bonus of Rs 1.70 crore will be given to cooperative societies

Raipur / Chief Minister Mr.Bhupesh Baghel will release bonuses to women’s self-help groups and cooperative societies engaged in producing vermicompost in Gauthans on the occasion of ‘Hareli Tihar’ on July 28.

A virtual program will be organized at the Chief Minister’s residence office from 11.30 a.m. in which he will give Rs.17 crore to 7442 self-help groups and Rs.1.70 crore to cooperative societies as a bonus.

It is worth mentioning that in the cabinet meeting held under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Mr.Bhupesh Baghel on 7th July 2022, it was decided to give incentive (bonus) at the rate of Re 1 per kg quantity to women self-help groups and 10 paise to primary cooperative societies for the vermicompost sold till 7th July 2022 under Godhan Nyay Yojana.

To implement the above decision, Rs.17 crore will be released to 7442 self-help groups and Rs 1.70 crore to cooperative societies on July 28. It is worth mentioning here that the bonus amount that will be given to different SHGs will range from Rs.2 lakh to Rs.21 lakhs.

‘Rajnandgaon Swachh Shahari Mahasangh’ will get a maximum bonus of Rs.21 lakh 13 thousand 270 among the self-help groups producing vermicompost in the urban areas.

Similarly, ‘Swachh Ambikapur Mission City Label Federation’ will get Rs.20 lakh 6 thousand 995, ‘Swachh Manendragarh Kshetra Stariya Sangh ’ Rs.9 lakh 80 thousand 702, ‘Ekta Kshetra Stariya Sangh’ Simga Rs.7 lakh 1 thousand 624,

‘Maa Durpata Group’ Gandai Rs.6 lakh 37 thousand 978, ‘Maa Maryam Self-Help Group’ Raipur Rs.5 lakh 91 thousand 270, ‘Swachh Dallirajhara Kshetra Stariya Sangh’ Rs 4 lakh 52 thousand 632, Kanha Women Self-Help Group Raipur Rs 4 lakh 22 thousand 780,

‘Godhan Shahar Stariya Sangathan Khairagarh’ Rs 3 lakh 93 thousand 31 and ‘Swachh Chirmiri Sangathan Samuh’ Rs 3 lakh 65 thousand 165.

Similarly, among the top-10 vermicompost-producing self-help groups in rural areas are Gramyashree SHG of Baramkela block in Raigarh district will get Rs. 3 lakh 69 thousand 17 as a bonus,

Panchavati SHG of Bakwand in Bastar district Rs. 3 lakh 65 thousand 420, Jai Maa Bhavani of Baghbahra block in Mahasamund district Rs. 3 lakh 29 thousand 420, Donde Group of Koylibeda block in Kanker district Rs. 2 lakh 79 thousand 846,

Jai Maa Santoshi Group of Raigarh block Rs. 2 lakh 59 thousand 960, Sita Mahila Sangathan of Arang block in Raipur district Rs. 2 lakh 25 thousand 17, Jai Mauli Mata Group of Simga block in Balodabazar-Bhatapara district Rs. 2 lakh 24 thousand 40,
